Our website is intended for use by adults. Registrations and bookings must be completed by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for the conduct of their child while participating in our programs.

Program descriptions, schedules, age groups, and availability are provided through our website and booking system and may change. We may modify, reschedule, combine, or cancel a class, camp, league, team, party, or rental — for example due to weather, facility availability, staffing, or low enrollment — and will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants.

Fees are due at the time of registration unless otherwise stated. Refund, credit, make-up, and cancellation terms vary by program and are presented during registration; those program-specific terms apply to your purchase. Please review them before enrolling, and contact us with any questions.

We are committed to a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Participants and their families are expected to treat coaches, staff, officials, facilities, and other participants with respect and to follow program and facility rules and staff instructions. We may remove a participant from a program, without refund, for conduct that is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive.

Athletic activities involve inherent risks, including the risk of physical injury. By enrolling a child, you acknowledge these risks and confirm that the participant is in suitable health to take part. You agree to disclose relevant health, allergy, or medical information and to keep emergency contact details current.

We may photograph or record participants during programs and events for safety and for promotional purposes. If you do not want your child’s image used in our marketing, please notify us in writing and we will honor your request to the extent practicable.

The content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by Fastbreak or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission, except as allowed by law.

Our website and booking flow may link to third-party sites and services, including our registration portal and AI assistant. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties; their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fastbreak is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York.
