For players ready to compete. Our travel flag football teams train hard and play in regional tournaments — including NFL Flag Regionals — with dedicated coaches and custom uniforms.

What to expect
- Two 2-hour practices/week (one weekday, one weekend)
- 4–6 weekend tournaments incl. NFL Flag Regionals
- Offensive & defensive concepts, plyometrics, speed & agility
- A dedicated coach for the season + a custom uniform
Tryouts
Birthday cutoff: August 1, 2025.
- 12U: 12:00–1:30 PM
- 10U: 1:30–3:00 PM
- 8U: 3:00–4:30 PM
